My elephant hunting has been a bit… off this weekend, hasn’t it? In that I haven’t really been on the lookout for any, I’ve been busy with other bits and bobs. First off, I spent Friday morning in a sound recording booth doing ADR (Aditional Dialouge Recording, basically it was a voice over) with James Diamond for my Heart film.

James has become the go-to guy for voice-overs of late, providing them for a number of documentary’s made around the studio in the last few weeks. Getting all the work finished, I was amused by the way in which James said the word ‘Cloisters’, and had him say a little peice for the site, but then didn’t get a chance to put it on here – ‘cos I don’t know how.
This also symbolises the end of my first year at uni, and ahead of me stretches four mounths of summer. It’s nice. I’ll be bored within the month – just you watch.
This weekend at work, we had in Kai Owen from Torchwood, Hattie Hayridge from Red Dwarf and Ian Fairbairn who was an extra in a number of Doctor Who’s and is now reading H P Lovecraft CD’s. All three were a delight to have around, and every one who came seemed glad to meet them.

I shall resume elephant hunting later in the week! The safari must go on!
